Problems

  • !
    Unusual SOA timers
SOA · negative caching TTL (minimum) 1m is outside 5m–1d (RFC 2308 recommends 1–3 hours). Current values: refresh 1d, retry 1h, expire 1000h, negative TTL 1m.

Problems

  • ✗
13 DNS lookups, over the limit of 10
SPF · SPF record needs 13 DNS lookups (including nested includes), more than the limit of 10. Receivers will return a permerror; reduce includes or flatten the record.
    #2
  • ✗
    Policy: none (monitoring only)
DMARC · DMARC policy is set to 'none', which only monitors but doesn't protect against spoofing. Consider upgrading to 'quarantine' or ideally 'reject'.
    #4
  • !
    Hosts without IPv6
MX · The following MX hosts could not be resolved to IPv6 addresses: ibsnetwork.mailinblack.com
    #11
  • !
    Single MX host, no backup
MX · Only one MX record found. For better email reliability, consider adding at least one backup MX server.
    #12
  • !
    Addresses without reverse DNS
MX · These MX addresses have no PTR record, which many receivers treat as a spam signal: 52.143.171.137 (ibsnetwork.mailinblack.com). Ask your hosting provider to set one.
    #30
  • !
    Not configured
TLS · MTA-STS is not configured, so other mail servers fall back to unencrypted delivery when TLS fails or is stripped by an attacker. Publish a _mta-sts TXT record and a policy at https://mta-sts.<domain>/.well-known/mta-sts.txt.
